Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may request a cancellation by submitting a written email to our support team before the start of the project or service.
  • Once a project or service has commenced, cancellations are subject to review based on the stage of completion and the resources already allocated.
  • If minimal work has been done, a partial refund may be issued after deducting the cost of time and effort already spent.
  • Once the service, software, or deliverable has been completed, tested, or deployed, cancellation requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  • For subscription-based services, clients can cancel their subscription at any time, but the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
  • No partial-month or prorated refunds will be provided for early termination of a subscription.
  • For consulting sessions, training programs, or scheduled appointments, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will incur a 50% cancellation charge.
  • Cancellations made after the session has started or completed will not be eligible for any refund.
  • Our team reserves the right to cancel a project or service in case of non-cooperation, non-payment, or violation of terms by the client.
  • For any other services or deliverables, the cancellation policy will be outlined in the specific contract or agreement.
